Chinese Ambassador to Seychelles Lin Nan Attends the Launching Ceremony of the 3rd China Film Festival
On 4th September 2026, the launching ceremony of the 3rd China Film Festival, featuring Dear You, took place at Deepam Cinema.
Ambassador Lin Nan hoped the films would enable Seychellois audiences to better understand China, boost cultural exchanges and strengthen China - Seychelles friendship. Mrs.Amanda Bernstein, Minister for Tourism and Culture, remarked that film is a wonderful and gentle cultural envoy to bring our two peoples closer. She looked forward to deepening filmandtelevision cooperation to consolidate bilateral ties.
The festival is jointly organized by the China Film Administration, China Film Archive, the Ministry of Tourism and Culture of Seychelles and Deepam Cinema.
